Who I am

I build systems that connect enterprises into one cohesive network, even when the pieces look like they have no business working together. Different companies, different processes, different resources, and my job is finding the way they fit so each one does what it's best at and the whole thing moves as one.

I spend most of my time deep in the narrow scope, working a problem at the level of detail most people never see. But the part I'm actually chasing is the step back. That moment when the close-up work resolves into the big picture and you can see the whole system clicking together. That's the payoff for me, every time.

I do this as myself, no performance, no pretense. I've built a life around the work I love and the way I want to do it, and I don't separate the two.

Underneath all of it, I'm the Luos Family Steward and Chairman of Luos Family Syndicate. Everything I build is meant to outlast the deal in front of me. I'm establishing the Luos name in the New York business world and building a legacy that my family will carry forward.
